Before you were born, before Earth even existed, there was a star.

That star exploded.

From its ashes came carbon, oxygen, nitrogen — the building blocks of everything. Those elements drifted through space for billions of years… until some of them became you.

Your bones, your blood, your brain — all forged in the hearts of ancient stars. You are not just in the universe. You are the universe — made visible.

Invisible Partnership with Universe…

🌍 You Are the Earth, In Motion

Every inhale connects you to a tree.
Every exhale gives something back.

You and plants breathe together in a quiet, invisible partnership.
You give carbon. They give oxygen.
You survive by what they make. They grow from what you release.

This breath, this rhythm, is Earth itself — alive and breathing through us all.

With satellites, scientists can now see this pulse from space: the forests inhaling in spring, exhaling in winter. Earth, like a giant pair of lungs, breathing softly in and out.

You are a part of that breath.

💧 You Are Made of Water and Clouds

You are sunlight…living at the speed of life

Right now, inside your cells, sunlight is working.

How? It began eight minutes ago on the surface of the sun.
Photons, traveling at light speed, landed on a leaf.
That leaf turned light into food.
And eventually, that food became you.

Through photosynthesis and digestion and energy release, sunlight becomes your thoughts. Your words. Your steps. Your smile.

You are sunlight… living at the speed of life.

You are nature…

You are a branch on the vast tree of life — a sprout on a 4-billion-year-old journey.

Your distant cousins? Mushrooms. Whales. Falcons. Even bacteria.
Every living thing on Earth shares the same ancient thread.
